The details of various professional institutes/colleges under the aegis of AWES are as follows:
- Army Institute of Technology (AIT) (www.aitpune.com) at Dighi Hills, Pune, Maharashtra. It was established in 1995. The Institute is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, NBA, NAAC with 'A' Grade Accredited.
- Army Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (AIHM&CT) (www.aihmctbangalore.com) was established in 1996 and is located in Bangalore. It is under the ASC Centre and College. The Institute is affiliated to Bangalore University.
- Army Institute of Management (AIM), Kolkata (www.aim.ac.in) established in 1997 is located at Judges Court Road, opp Alipore Telephone Exchange, Alipore, Kolkata. The Institute is affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology.
- Army Institute of Management and Technology (AIMT), (www.aimt.ac.in) Greater Noida, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, UP was established in 2004 and is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi.
- Army College of Dental Sciences (ACDS) (www.armycods.in) was established in 2001 and is located in Secundrabad. The college is affiliated to the NTR University of Health Science.
- Army College of Nursing (ACN) (www.acn.co.in) was established in 2005 and is located in the Military Hospital in Jalandhar Cantt. It was established for female dependents of Army Personnel. ACN is recognized by Indian Nursing Council , New Delhi and is affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, Punjab.
- Army Institute of Education (AIE) (www.aie.ac.in) was established in 2003. It is affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi and it offers a two years Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) programme. The Institute proposes to commence B.Ed. Special Education (Learning Disability) programme shortly.
- Army Institute of Law (AIL) (www.armyinstituteoflaw.org) was established in 1999 and is located in Mohali. It is affiliated to the Punjabi University, Patiala and approved by Bar Council of India.
- Army Institute of Fashion Design (AIFD) (www.aifdonline.com) is located in Bangalore. The Institute is NAAC accredited and is affiliated to Bangalore University.
- Army Institute of Nursing (AIN) (www.ainguwahati.org) was established in 2006 at Guwahati. The Institute is affiliated to Guwahati University.
- Army College of Medical Sciences (ACMS) (www.theacms.in) was established in 2008 at New Delhi. This college offers MBBS and is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi.
- Army Law College (ALC) (www.alcpune.com) was established in 2018 at Kanhe, near Pune, Maharashtra.The Institute is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and is approved by the Bar Council of India.
