Dr. Abhilasha Gautam is an insightful academician with an experience of more than 10 years in the field of Education as Educator in School and Colleges. She has also served as Principal to Teacher Education College affiliated to GGSIP University, New Delhi for two years. She is Masters in English, Masters in Education & M.Phil. (Education). She is JRF-NET in Education and has completed Ph.D. (Education) from IGNOU as a full time Research Scholar. She is a Life Skills Expert and Psychology Enthusiast. She has excellent track record of research success with multiple published articles in reputed National and International journals, contributed chapters in the books and has developed content for IGNOU also. She has actively participated in many National and International Seminars, Webinars and FDP’s as presenter as well as an expert and has contributed her valuable thoughts in the field of Education. She has edited one book entitled ‘Language Across the Curriculum' to her credit.

Ms. Kriti Guleria has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Army Institute of Education, Greater Noida, affiliated to GGSIP University, New Delhi since 12 Feb 2016. She started her career as PRT and TGT (SSc) in various Army Public Schools (Jammu, Chandimandir, Gaya) and has experience of 10 years in Teacher Education. She is Masters in Commerce from Aligarh Muslim University. After completing her M.Ed. in 2005 she qualified UGC NET in Education. She is also the holder of Diploma in French Language from AMU, Aligarh and has completed Post Graduate Diploma in School Leadership and Management (PGDSLM) from IGNOU with overall A Grade in 2020. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Education from Amity University, Noida.

Ms Guleria has attended various National and International Seminars/ Workshops/ Conferences. She has presented a number of papers at National Seminars and published multiple articles in books. She has been the Editor of the Institute’s biannual Newsletter ‘Sankalan’ since 2016. She has contributed as the Convener of the National Seminar held in 2019 and as Co-convener of the International Conference and National Seminar held in the Institute in 2017. She completed a Minor Research Study titled ‘Comparative Study of Confidence Level and Emotional Stability between Wards of Civil and Army Personnel in Delhi and NCR’ in 2017.

Ms Guleria has been invited as the Resource Person in Workshops and webinars at FDRC, AWES, New Delhi, and other events, delivered Live lectures at the National Institute of Open School (NIOS), NOIDA, invited as a Guest at various occasions, appointed as External Practical Examiner by GGSIP University, New Delhi, and Sharda University, Greater Noida.

Dr. Jyoti Tiwari is working as an Assistant Professor at Army Institute of Education, Greater Noida, affiliated to GGSIP University, New Delhi since July 18, 2016. She obtained her MA(Political Science) and MEd from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. After completing M.Ed.in 2011 she qualified State Eligibility Test for Lectureship in Education (SET, Rajasthan) in 2012 and UGC NET in Education in June 2013. She has been awarded her PhD in Education on the topic “Content Analysis of Pictures Included in Civics Textbooks on Upper Primary Level” by University of Rajasthan, Jaipur in 2017. She did her Dissertation during her MEd on the topic “Impact of EDUSAT on Higher Education”. She has more than 10 years of teaching experience in the field of Teacher Education.

She received Shiksha Bhushan Award by Tribhuvan University Kathmandu, Nepal on 03 April 2023 and Shiksha Ratan Award by Kalindi Publication, Delhi for her contribution in the field of education

Apart from her academic responsibilities she is managing the responsibility of placements from past three years. She secured 100 percent placement of BED Batch 2019-21, BED & BEDSPLED Batch 2020-22, BED & BEDSPLED Batch 2021-23. She received an appreciation letter for conducting ULLAS an annual cultural fest of AIE 3 times.

She was the Convener of National Seminar held on 19 Sep 2019 on the topic “Teacher Education in India: New Vistas –New Challenges”, hosted by AIE, Co-Convener of International Conference organized by Army Institute of Education, Greater Noida on the topic “Reinventing and Reimagining Post Pandemic Society: In Perspective of Education, Health and Economy” on 21 Feb 2023 and National Seminar held in the year 2018. She worked as a Batch coordinator in AIE in the session of 2018-19.

She was the editor of Eduspectra Vol. 8, Interdisciplinary Journal of AIE, one Seminar proceeding and 2 Conference proceedings. She has presented several research papers in National and International Conferences and published more than 25 papers and chapters in Proceedings and Journals. She received best paper presenter Award on her paper “The Framework for the Pivotal Teachers” in 9th India Japan Bilateral Conference organized by Biyani Group of Colleges, Jaipur in 2013. She has been invited as a judge for various school and college events. She has been appointed as a paper setter of Teaching of Political Science and Teaching of Social Science Since 2017, appointed regularly as an external examiner and answersheets evaluator by the GGSIP University, New Delhi

She has three edited books “Creating an Inclusive Educational Society”, “Economics of Education” and Bhartiya Shiksha ka Itihaas on her account. She successfully completed 2 credit Online course on Action Research in Educational Technology organized by Central Institute of Educational Technology, NCERT with A grade in March 2020. She received an appreciation letter from IP university for her contribution with on-line video and live lectures on B.Ed. course content at Facebook channel of the IP University during COVID 19.

She has conducted many workshops on the topics like experiential learning and NEP 2020 at various schools at Delhi NCR. Her areas of interest are Art and Craft, Folk dance and community work for the education for under privileged children.

Dr. Saidalavi Kundupuzhakkal is presently working as Assistant Professor at Army Institute of Education (AIE), Greater Noida, which is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. He has obtained BEd from Mahatma Gandhi University, MEd form University of Calicut, and MA Sociology from Pondicherry University. He has been awarded MPhil & PhD (Education) from Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI). He has qualified UGC NET and JRF in Education (2012) and NET in Sociology. He has attained post graduate diplomas in computer application and rural development (PGDCA & PGDRD).

He joined AIE on 24 Dec 2020, before that he has served as Assistant Professor at M.I. Training College, Pudu Ponnani and Guest Faculty at Department of Educational Studies, JMI. He has worked as Research Associate for the Committee on the Establishment of Educational Institutions for Educationally Backward Minorities constituted in 2017 by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.

His areas of specialization include Foundations of Education, Education and Society, Education in India, Teacher Education, Research Methods and Educational Technology. He has published more than twenty articles in reputed national and international journals, edited books and conference proceedings. Ms. Juhi Bidhuri is working as an Assistant Professor at Army Institute of Education, Greater NOIDA, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi since September 2021. She has obtained her educational degrees namely B.A. (Prog.) from Gargi College, DU, B.Ed. from GGSIPU, M. A. (Political Science) from IGNOU & M.Ed. from Amity University, NOIDA respectively. She has also done an Add on course on “Women in Indian History” from Gargi College, Delhi University in 2011. After completing her M.Ed. in 2015, she qualified her UGC NET in Education. She started her career in 2016 as an Assistant Professor in Institute of Vocational Studies, Sheikh Sarai, New Delhi, affiliated to GGSIPU, New Delhi, working for 4+ years with the Institute. Ms Saswati Mohapatra is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Army Institute of Education,Greater Noida affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. She has done her Masters in English and M.Ed.She has also qualified in NET (Education ), CTET (both the papers) and CSB. She has a work experience of three years in Army Public School Ranchi. She earned the Chairman’s appreciation Certificate for her contribution in preparing students for competitive exams like Sainik School and RIMC exams. Additionally she is equipped with a post graduate diploma in business management from Management Education and Research Institute, New Delhi. She had a brief stint in the corporate world and is also a consultant for a company of repute. She has participated in a number of workshops and seminars. Ms. Devika Naithani holds a degree of Bachelor of Art. in English, Sociology, and Psychology. She further pursued her education by obtaining a degree in M.A. in Psychology from M.K.P. (PG) College. With a keen interest in the field, she gained one year of valuable experience working alongside clinical psychologists and special educators.

Additionally, she has contributed to the education sector, dedicating one year to teaching at Jaswant Modern School, affiliated with the CBSE board, in Dehradun. To enhance her skills in special education, particularly in addressing specific learning disabilities, she pursued an Integrated B.Ed. and M.Ed. in Special Education from the Amity Institute of Rehabilitation at Amity University in Noida.

Dr. Reetu Rani is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at AIE, Greater Noida, which is affiliated with GGSIU, New Delhi. She holds an M.A. in Hindi from the University of Rajasthan (Jaipur), M.Ed. from Maharshi Dayanand University (Rohtak), and M.A. in Psychology from Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (Kota, Rajasthan). She was awarded a Ph.D. in Education by Baba Mastnath University (Rohtak) and has qualified for the UGC NET in Hindi (2019), as well as UP TET and R TET.

With over nine years of teaching experience in the field of Teacher Education, Dr. Rani has been honored with the 'Geena Devi Rashtra Gaurav Samman' by Geena Devi Shodh Sansthan on 04/09/22, and the 'Baal Sahitya Shodh Shri Samman' by Siddhi Vinayak Publications on 15/08/23.

Her research interests include literature, music, psychology, and Indian philosophy. Dr. Rani has presented numerous research papers at both national and international seminars and webinars. Her work has been published in several reputed journals. She contributed a chapter to the book 'Sur Sahitya Mein Bal Manovigyan' and has also authored poems and articles in various newspapers and magazines, including Punjab Kesari, Rohtak.

As a motivational speaker, she addressed Xth and XIIth-grade students on 29 January 2023 in the program 'Hum Honge Kamyab.' Dr. Rani has also been a member of the State Curriculum Framework (Rohtak, Haryana) in 2021 and has served as an organizing secretary for an extension lecture. Additionally, she has delivered a talk on 'Rango Ka Tyohar Holi' broadcasted by Prasar Bharti, Rohtak.
